Brian Scheinberg has spent many hours helping his parents and in-laws navigate all the latest technology – from the setup up and (best) use of devices, smart TVs and Wifi, to finding the easiest – and most cost effective – ways to book travel and buy event tickets, to various other assistance.

One day, he thought, “What about those who don’t have a son or daughter (in-law) nearby to help them with these things? There must be so many people who can’t make use of all this great technology, meaning they either miss out on enjoying things they want, or spend way too much time and money.”
